I noticed it too.
The arena clock got stuck on 00:00:00 at 9 PM yesterday and the fight tokens that should have been given at 9 PM have not being distributed !

Thanks for the heads up, I'll look into it. The clock is only for display purposes, the actual awarding of tokens is done seprarately, so this is only a display issue. Fight tokens are awarded at 2am, 8am, 2pm, and 8pm. PST.
