Is it feasible to create a button or something for mobile players to untrain skills by .1 just as desktop/laptop users can use the "u" button?

I've been playing the game for about 1.5 - 2 years now and I have never once logged in on anything other then a phone or tablet. I'm also not extremely tech savvy so if there is a way to do the same thing one a phone/tablet I have yet to figure it out.

Of course I realize I could just use a laptop or desktop, but it would be nice to have a mobile option.
