What do you say about adding a small text field (50-60 characters maybe) for a short motto/description of each stable so it can be further individualized and distinguished from the others? Something like "Monster gentlemen club" or "Cut all opposition to pieces and then eat it", "Death's scarier cousins", something charming in general. It can be displayed under the stable name during a fight for example.
