Luck?

I read that some achievement give a bonus to Luck... What does this Luck do, as I can't find it anywhere else? Is there actually anything known about this stat, or is it yet to be implemented?

But basically some people think it helps you get lower rolls when trying to increase skills/stats, others think it helps you get better equipment drops in the tavern fights, but honestly i don't think managers really know what it does, I sure don't.
