Passive Skill proc notifications

Just wondering if it's possible to implement something where we can see when a passive skill procs.

this would be for passive skills which rather than being always in effect, only have a chance to trigger. currently there is no way to track these things for some skills.

passive skills affected:

total carnage - this is the main one that cannot be tracked at all.
crippling might
second wind
athletisism - depends on how it's mechanic actually works. if it actually changes a miss into a hit, knowing about it would be nice.
called shot - as above
finishing blow - as above again
gratuitous violence - this can kinda be tracked by looking at active effects.
Knockout - currently comes up in blue text.

i know that the passive skills were taken out awhile ago but it would be nice to have them back now that they have become more important than ever

You can see second wind getting triggered it appears in blue~
