Strength, stamina and size.... Thats screaming War if I'm not mistaken. In saying that you would probably need to stack either strength or agility depending on what weapon you choose.

I'd probably go war and either Axe/Mace or Axe/Mace with Shield. 2H wouldn't be bad either. Decked out in heavy armor he should be a beast.
