stable upgrades

I am not sure if this is bug or not, but I just found out that I need to hire guards to protect me from protection money, and I have no access to the Stable Upgrades tab in the Stable section. Can you take a look at this and perhaps point me toward a fix?

I played a game called 'Duel Masters' a long time ago. Same format, but you mailed in your settings and got back a computer printed blow by blow. This has been very nostalgic for me and I really like the upgrade!

Welcome to the Pit! I think you'll find a handful of old Duelmasters players here.

If the upgrades isn't available it means you haven't finished the tutorial yet. Do you see a red spinning symbol anywhere on the screen? If so, click on the link it is hovering above (or below) and follow it around and that should unlock the stable upgrades. If this doesn't work, please let me know and I'll see what might be happening.
