Lack of Training

I know you all will say it's just bad luck/rolls but after 15 tries at a 29.2% skill train, all I get are red X's, hell it's not like I'm going afeter level 9 or 10, and I'm trying to be patient, but this seems to be a bit much..been playing a long time so it's not like I'm confused...what gives...btw what makes it worse is i've gotten to 90% and now it's at least 15 red X's in a row.
