How does the game determine who wins if both players run out of endurance at the same time? I was up 2-1 endurance and tanking against a Theatrics guy, and I ended up losing... (Btw, he had 14 more max endurance than me, so he was using more. In case you wondering that it was odd a theatrics managed to outlast a War that well)

Don't know how it works, but I don't think it matters how much more original endurance you had because I've seen guys with more original endurance lose. Your best bet is to make sure your opponent's health bar hits zero before any of your bars and then this won't be an issue!

It drops every round.
Im pretty sure you were just a victim of the turn order. Your glads turn came up and dropped you below 0 before the other guy...You lose endurance every round even if doing nothing.
Best way to get a feel for endurance loss is to click blow-by-blow and then open every little plus sign.
