Maybe a Kind of lag?

Okay, I don't know if this is seriously a lag or it's a part of the game but when I go battle, my Weapon ( Is name is in Purple, don't know if there is a change here) change and I only get it 10% of the time. Same for Armor or my Shield. Ok Yeah it's Okay because I won practically all my battles. But there is a problem here and I don't like this.

Not sure if I understand what your talking about. But here goes.......are you referring to your Black Market battles? In that case "your" weapon and gear is randomly selected as is your opponents.
"Your" weapon and armor that you purchased NEVER change when you battle in the tavern or arena fights.
