Depending on Skills/Weapon choice.

Though regardless of this choice (and probably) You would like use Medium Armour and high Activity.
It means at least not bad combination of Size + Str + Sta to smooth out the Encumbrance penalties.
Not bad Agi for Activity directly (Agi will also work as a part of Armour Movement -- the only "defensive" Slayer skill).
