Sorry, it's the rounding correctness, but not an error.
There are not so many functions for "rounding". All can produce "strange" results for some cases.
Because the sense of rounding is the lose of precision. In order to give a representative 'view'.
There may be an intuitive method to use ceiling function at the end of fight, but it worse than it looks, in general...
