At what level are we able 2 do conquests instead of just tavern missions, or have they not been put into the game yet? ive been wondering about it, also about the spa and trainer as well

I don't think these are implemented yet. I'm in the 30s level range and it isn't active for me. I didn't search but I want to say there is post somewhere where Nate was talking about the black market and conquests and mentioned these would come online later.
