Legendary weapons in Conquests

This might not be a bug but a very bad luck for me, still - with all of my high tier gladiators I'm getting legendary weapons only from the Axes & Maces types in the Underbelly. None of these gladiators (save Arkal) is trained in Axes & Maces so I end up selling the loot every time. In particular, I think I'm getting this tomahawk for the third time with Reya (Pole Arms War):



I get the same orange drops with Arkal and Thornwall. Is this normal?

I haven't got any weapon drops since my last post here. I'll let you know if I get any in the future runs.

I believe by Leg Weapon he meant Legendary Weapon Nate

Looks like the bug reappeared - just got this with Thornwall (2H War):



Edit: Also noticed that whenever there is a chance for drops of "incorrect" weapons in Conquests, the same type of weapons (A&M only so far) also appears in the Street Games. Like now:
