Hey Arkham,
When you clicked on the link in the message it should take you to the Black Market and in the bottom right hand corner you'll see a spinning red icon with a link next to it telling you to click it to claim your prize. The Database indicates you have yet to do this. Please let me know if the link on the Black Market screen is not showing up for you.

I see it now. Clicking from the email link does not mean you will see the link. You need to have the gladiator that won selected. I'm a bit slow. Thanks Nate!

Perhaps I should mention making your winning gladiator the currently selected one to claim your prize in the message, or perhaps I should just not make that matter at all and just display the link regardless of who is currently selected...
