    Exclamation Blackmarket displaying incorrectly

    I'm seeing overlapping text and no art beside the header.

    Using Chrome as my browser, it's very hard to figure out what I should do, what are my options or how it really works.

    I think this is happening because the css files are cached by your browser and need to be refreshed, which is done when you hit reload. Numerous people are seeing this glitch. I'll see if there is a way to take care of this without the need for a reload.
