Purchased the special that gives you 120 skulls and vault slot plus a purple item

Not sure if I clicked the wrong thing, but the purple item never showed up in the vault. I did get the skulls.

There were 3 slots open in the vault.

I also did not receive my epic item for that special, and FYI I DID have characters at the time of its purchase. Maybe it was because none were level 10 yet? In any event, I would appreciate it if you would take care of it for me.
