It may be the same as with "0" endurance, where the decimal is not shown, so the opponent could have had some hidden life left.

well lets consider lape has 53.9 hp left.
53.9 - 69 damage from the enforcer. he is at -15.1 hp.
no big deal but its more like one of those odd things that happen.Stable: Zombie
