Shouldn't "Surprise Ending" fire before "Strength of the Crowd"

Shouldn't "Surprise Ending" fire before "Strength of the Crowd".

"Strength of the Crowd" fires first 100% of the time. I am assuming (probably incorrectly) that this is by design - and not just because of my glads stats.

If it is by design, please revise.

I would prefer he hit himself first instead of miss himself second.

Sorry the post is abit vague let me ask for an explanation.

Do you mean that you see Suprise Ending fire off before Strength of the Crowd all the time or that you see Strength of the Crowd fire off before Suprise Ending all the time?

Right now, "Strength of the Crowd" always fires first.

Surprize Ending can fire first also but more often Sotc is first. I'm fine with it because SE can become gamebracking vs 2h rage builds if always launched right on the start of the fight.

Mhm I see it fire before and after Suprise Ending so I don't see the problem here
