    I got all excited when I noticed a functional Black Market tab....but no..just a redirection back to the overview. Perhaps things are stirring.

    But yes, that is an area that is currently under development! Jimmy the Squid has bribed the appropriate officials to stay out of his business and he has secured contracts with enough traders to bring in never before seen goods and services.
