OK, I have a question: How do you unlock training yard, spa, and trainer? I am guessing that you have to max other upgrades out or maybe you just can't do them yet. Can anyone tell me so I can plan what to do with my next round of upgrades. I don't want to spend a lot of $$$ and miss out on unlocking something cool.

No official word. The assumption is they are not implemented.

I see and you are likely right and they are not implemented. Well, maybe not...hmmm... what has everyone maxed out? I am sure some of you have finished more upgrades than me. I have barracks and undertaker maxed out and that did not unlock anything. I also have armoury 5, guard 4, and doctor 1.
