Will I keep weapon skill or not?

I need to know if I will be keeping weapon skills or if I will have the opportunity to move them.

We can re-choose weapon skills and race. Not sure about speciality, though.

You will have to be a bit more precise if you want an answer.
However if youre talking about the skilltree change There will be a special option to also get points for your weapon skill
