Hi onming, welcome to pit of war! I'm not thai, but there are plenty of guides on the forums and lots of people in the game chat who would be willing to help you out if you ask

if by "chat help" you mean when you type /help, that only gives you a menu of the possible commands.

As far as it only typing the same sentence back to you, that is normal and correct. If nobody is responding to you it might be because nobody is online at that moment. What time are you normally playing?
