If you have a sword....use lunge or slash, if you have axes and maces use bash set your bloodlust and activity somewhere around 10/10 and aim for the back of your opponents head, entering through the front of the head

Totally agree with sevenseas but just wanted to add that soon as you hit level 18 on your rage swap your lunge/slash/bash to berserk
