this is a weapon i got from killing someone it has the wrong stats

(126.8 damage per round)
Durability 40/40
Item Level 18
Specialties: Rage, War, Theatrics
+ 4 Presence
+ 1 Chi
+ 2 Attack Power
as you can see its damage per round is higher than the highest damage it could possibly do which doesnt makes sense
