Why haven't I gotten my trophies yet?

I am sure that there are a lot of newbies asking this but... I took a survey and once I finished it it said I would get my trophies. I waited a whole day and contacted support. The still haven't gotten back to me after 2 days. I got the email saying I had done the survey. Did I do something wrong? Any help would be appreciated .

Did you ever get your trophies? Once I had some trouble and had to contact trial pay's customer support and they took care of everything.

I have tried contacting them, And I still haven't gotten my trophies so I am just giving up on doing free stuff and not getting what I was promised.
