When using the scribe:

* Fights from a dead warrior no longer appear. (Not really a bug, but sets the stage). This might be a decent option to add on a warrior by warrior basis.
** If you name a new warrior the name of a past dead warrior, the past dead warrior's fight history appears as the new identically named warriors.

This looks like it is a result of archiving the fights and implementing the Scribe and if your gladiator died it wasn't showing that fight in your list. I've fixed this manually and am now currently working on fixing it in the code. Thanks for the heads up!

In regards to naming a gladiator the same as a sold off one, the plan is to remove all fights of the sold off gladiator when you sell him regardless if you have a scribe or not. I'm looking into possibly just having a "sold" link that would show all your sold gladiator's fights if you have a scribe but haven't gotten into any details yet.
