Life in the Pit -- The Temple

Life is Cheap in the Pit. Fortunately, so is Resurrection at the Temple!

Don't forget to visit the temple should one of your Gladiators fall. Nothing is quite as embarrassing as checking your turn and realizing that you didn't fight because your Gladiator was taking a dirt nap.

When you only have 1 Gladiator, it's not generally something you'll forget, but if you have 2, 3 or even more, it actually isn't that hard to forget when you are in a hurry.

The Temple can also heal Serious Wounds on your Gladiators. This is a good thing because they happen a lot, especially if you favor Berserk or Kill Shot as tactics. Healing can get quite costly -- currently, one of my men has two wounds, one will cost 4 tokens & 106 gold or 1631 gold, while the other costs 3 tokens & 13 gold or 830 gold. As your gladiator gets higher level, healing becomes more expensive, as well.

Wounds on your Gladiator can greatly increase the amount of damage you take on a hit. This can have a huge impact on an otherwise balanced battle, especially if your opponent is a Rage warrior and has a high Devastating Power skill. Keep your men healthy and they will keep your stable profitable!
