Mata Hari disarms Lennart, Lennart fights on with his fist; So far so good.
Next move: Without Lennart picking up his (or any other) weapon the thing is back in his hands and he crushes Mata hari with it...

I lucked out with my doctor being able to heal her wound, otherwise I'd be screwed for that on top of being cheated out of a fight...

Rampage on a serious injury will cause a lot of damage, even with a Fist.

But it specifically mentions the use of the weapon.

That's a flavour text. Technically from the game's perspective the Fist is also a weapon. If you think about it, that's true in the real world too. :)
