Hello All!
One addition to the game that I think would help add to the immersion is the random generation of traits for gladiatiors in the slave market. Knowing that one of your rage gladiators particularly enjoys to eat the heart of his opponents if they are killed in combat or that one of your theatrics glads is very favorable to the ladies might help to both individualize as well as allow a greater attachment to our already beloved gladiators.

You know, that could be a funny little feature, but I don't see how it would/could change the gameplay. The way I see it is it'd just be flavour text which 60%+ of the userbase will completely ignore. If the traits actually did add some bonus/disadvantage (i.e. Eagle Eye = +10% Crit Chance, Numb Hands = -20% Base Damage), it would probably break the balance of the game completely. Unless they're very, very small and barely noticeable differences. Still a fun idea though.
