New Update 6/17/2014: Better Loot! More Awards! Bigger Prizes!

Greetings Pits Masters!

I'm happy to announce yet another update to the Great Realm! The Arena Officials and Jimmy the Squid got together and agreed to up the prizes, up the rewards and flood the Great Realm in a level of awards never before seen! Please read the following for more details:

ARENA CHALLENGES
The higher the tier the better the reward! Carve a bloody path to piles of awesome loot!


PIT FIGHTS
Not to be outdone by the Arena, Jimmy is upping the stakes and offering new awards in his daily Pit Fights!

* 1st place winners can now receive Epic, Fabled Epic or Legendary gear! Blood God gladiators can win 2500 BGP for taking the top spot!
* 2nd place winners will receive Fabled Crafted or Epic gear!
* 3rd place winners have a chance at a Fabled Exceptional item or Crafted gear!


BLOOD GAMES
The Blood Games are offering more gold each fight, and dramatically increasing the fight purse for the top 10 winners!

* Gold earned each fight has been tripled!
* 1st = 1,000,000 gold + non-soulbound Legendary weapon
* 2nd = 900,000 gold + non-soulbound Legendary armour
* 3rd = 800,000 gold + soulbound Legendary armour
* 4th = 700,000 gold + soulbound Fabled Epic weapon
* 5th = 600,000 gold + soulbound Fabled Epic armour
* 6th = 500,000 gold + soulbound Epic item
* 7th = 400,000 gold + soulbound Epic item
* 8th = 300,000 gold + soulbound Epic item
* 9th = 200,000 gold + soulbound Epic item
* 10th = 100,000 gold + soulbound Epic item

...and is that non-soulbound legendaries for the bloodgames I see?

Nate, is there a minimum level requirement of legendary items? From the Pit fights, that is.

Well, the whole chat went nuts when someone recently said he got a legendary (And we all knew he was lvl 15 or so), however, he double checked and came back saying:" It's purple ..." :D

After this, we had a conversation and well, I would really like to know if it would be possible to:

- Make a character
- Gear / fit him to win the pit
- If he doesnt win it, sell, buy the next one
- Repeat until you win
- Repeat until you have a full set of lvl 1-5 legendaries XD

Just for the fun of it, obviously.

However, I would guess the lowest it can be would be lvl 30 or so. Gauntlet and Conquest both are limited to lvl 50 (Compared to hard, which is actually not hard-capped for conquest, but just flat-out impossible to beat on this low level, so it doesn't matter :D)

legendaries are soulbonded, so you cant keep using new gladiators to make a set of low level legendaries for your low level glads to use.

As I said, Just for the fun of it :D Doesn't matter if you can't equip them!
