Hi Nate.
It's a stable bug (I mean "stability" here).
When i'm trying to get prizes via the link described in the "Messages" part, i loose all of my settings, including cookies, chat settings, settings of the Blacksmith and so on.
This click leads me on the login page. Again and again.
Independently of the OS, Browsers etc.
