What is blood lust?

Hey im new today and i dont really get the blood lust.
Can any1 tell me what exactly it is?

If you mouse over the images above each category you'll get a tool tip explaining what each thing does. Here is what the blood lust one says:

Blood Lust
How badly do you want your gladiator to kill his opponent? A high blood lust will yield more damage at the expense of accuracy and endurance.

This all depends on what you are trying to do. If you have the skills and gear to offset the endurance and accuracy penalty then cranking it up might not be such a bad idea. If you don't then yeah, you might want to keep in low to mid range.
