Knockout as a critical effect

May be it's a good way to rebuild Knockout state as a critical effect, like Knockdown, Disarm, Can Not Defend etc. Which can be resisted.
It allows to avoid situation when gladiator faints from scratch on the ear. Like an emo-girl.

The Knockout skill could be pure Activated Offensive, like Disarm skill, Barreling Attack and so on.

So, It allows also "fix" strange thing when Passive skill works like Activated...
