so, what is the 1k Club?

it's where totally awesome gladiators can hang out id they've managed to do a legit 1000HP hit. By legit, I mean against an armoured arena opponent who does not have a serious injury on the part you hit (before the attack :P) or a sunder armor proc prior to the hit.

why am i posting this?

well, mainly because i want to toot my own horn cos, Kharn just got his first genuine 1K hit in. I dont think anyone has pulled off a legit 1k hit yet so yay :D what's better yet is that it was against a tin can :)


KHARN runs frantically around LORDS FURY.
KHARN leaps forward viciously pummeling LORDS FURY with his HEROIC GREAT AXE.
LORDS FURY backs up a few inches as KHARN descends upon him! (-Shock & Awe-)
Huge slash to the forehead removes LORDS FURY's scalp and the top portion of his skull...probably took a few memories as well! (+1072 Damage)

and yes, it occurs to me that this should probably be put into trash talk

Impressive indeed on the surface, but not to take the wind out of your sail which seems to be flying pretty high right now, but.......notice you did not inflict 1000+ damage to heavy armor, but to a level 31 medium armor Camail.

Did a nice selling job on it though...but....I'm sure it was just an oversight.
So I guess the 1000K club still has no official members just yet.

Now on to my piss n moan post about all this titanic damage

yeah, missed the armor level, but still offering 100+ armor on all points seems pretty solid to a guy who wears dirty bits of cloth :P

I still got my giggles out of that match though so yay :)

I'm a little late to the party but.... Sliver had a legit 1000+ bomb on either Power Slave or Lords fury ( been a few weeks can remember all the details). Both use epic level armor (Lords Fury-heavy armor, Power Slave-medium armor) Also I remember that there was no injury.

Today...Sliver set a new record (for my stables) he hit a foe with a 1674 bomb!! Yes I know it was the tavern and the opponent sucked, but still that is an explosion!!

i just got knocked out by sliver in the black market. i was at 804 sliver at 333. then this happened last stand, sunder armor 858 damage end og fight. this was done by a chipped battle flail 74-122 damage. no serious injury.

1600 damage is gigantic!!

hmm, maybe i should look at my tavern fights for huge hits (never read them otherwise) Purple weapon vs grey armor should see huge hits though :P


odei: grey vs grey may aswell be purple vs purple. still gives warm fuzzies though :)

well, sliver has also done it, and beaten my score too :( I think it counts because sunder armor only affect hits after this one... atleast i think that's how the skill works.
