Tavern - Neglecting Arena Battles

Hi,

Sorry if this question already been asked but i can't find my answer.

just passed lvl 11 and when i want to go the tavern i get this message : Tavern - Neglecting Arena Battles :

Where do i see how many more fights i need to start before being able to go to the tavern again ?

Never seen that message before. Have you been spending your days in the tavern and not doing arena fights?

I got that when I started my second team and was attempting to play that team with earned trophies only. I was sort of neglecting the team and had just done contracts for the past couple of days. I burned through the arena tokens, but the message didn't go away until the next day.

i am doing my arena fights as much as possible.
Couldn't finish my contracts in the tavern yesterday, but i did not get this message today ...
