My newest glad has been going great in todays black market competition but I am wondering...

Shes gone 102-2-0 so far and the requirements are/were W:2 L:1 K:-100, this is great for today but many of the fights most certainly could have ended in kills.

The question is, is there a lvl limit on being able to kill or be killed in all fights with other stables?
She is only lvl 6 and so is fighting lvl 3's in the black market and could't kill one even if I tried (and I did when I noticed lol).

This was also the same for 2 days ago when she was lvl 4.
I can't remember what the market settings were but no matter what I did I could not kill any of the lvl 1 glads she was up against and I am certain that the fights lasting 25secs and including many critical hits through the entire fight and on the last of the opponents health would have and possibly should have killed them.

Here is a prime example from a fight I just did:

R O U N D 1
>> LILLITH SWITCHES TO STRATEGY 1
>> GADLIOLA SWITCHES TO STRATEGY 1
GADLIOLA shuffles swiftly about.
GADLIOLA makes a swift bashing strike.
Strike to the right hand breaks a fingernail. (+8 Damage)
LILLITH leaps around the arena in hopes of action.
LILLITH tries to maim her enemy with her CRACKED SWORD.
Nice puncture to the back just grazes the spine! (+28 Damage)
R O U N D 2
GADLIOLA closes on LILLITH and seeks to kill his opponent.
LILLITH redirects the attack into the air.
LILLITH leaps toward GADLIOLA, brutally slashing with her CRACKED SWORD.
Wild upward slash removes GADLIOLA's face from his skull! (+71 Damage)

GADLIOLA has taken some heavy damage from this fight!!
LILLITH whips her CRACKED SWORD through the air, brutally slicing at GADLIOLA.
Slash to GADLIOLA's sternum opens a sucking chest wound! (+53 Damage)

GADLIOLA screams in agony as the strike causes him to drop his weapon!
GADLIOLA is bleeding very badly from several wounds!!!
R O U N D 3
GADLIOLA quickly picks up his RUSTED BATTLE AXE from off the ground!
GADLIOLA moves hastily back and forth.
GADLIOLA charges at LILLITH and seeks to strike his adversary.
Thinking it through, GADLIOLA realizes his judgment was off.
LILLITH springs hurriedly to action.
LILLITH looks to cleave GADLIOLA.
LILLITH misses badly and works to regain her balance.
GADLIOLA slips as he charges forward.
LILLITH blocks the attack.
GADLIOLA pauses for a moment to catch his breath.
LILLITH skips hastily back and forth.
LILLITH plunges her CRACKED RAPIER into GADLIOLA.
GADLIOLA kicks LILLITH in the chest knocking her out of striking range! (-Create Distance-)
R O U N D 4
GADLIOLA makes a clumsy attempt to smash LILLITH.
GADLIOLA tries to fake LILLITH out with a few twirls of his weapon! (-Feint-)
GADLIOLA stumbles on an old skull and aborts the attack.
LILLITH goes for a wicked slashing attack.
GADLIOLA intercepts the oncoming strike.
LILLITH takes a step back to catch a quick breather.
LILLITH hops hastily around her enemy.
LILLITH looks to strike GADLIOLA with her CRACKED SWORD.
LILLITH smiles after the massive hit to GADLIOLA's skull! (+56 Damage)

LILLITH looks to strike GADLIOLA again, however the Enforcer steps in and spares the bested GADLIOLA!
The roar of the arena can be heard for miles!
The fight lasted 35 seconds!

Final hit did 5 times more damage than the opponent had left in health.

No, I don't believe there is a limit. Sequoia just got his first kill as he is at level 6. If I remember correctly Sliver got his first kill when he was level 3.

Hmm, guess I should just take it as it comes. :D
Working to my advantage so far.

Yeah I wouldn't worry about it too much. The equipment is part of it too. Wasn't yesterday a grey equipment day? You'll see far more kills on a purple day.

Yeah it was grey. Just seemed weird that 118 fights where my glad won by reducing the opponents health to 0 all ended with the Enforcer. Once again though, not complaining since I won. :p
A blue arm guard for 1st just didn't seem worth it though...

Yeah I rarely see a prize that is worth it out of the black market and I've won many times. Even my trophy poor team rarely finds anything worth using out of the place. But it is a great testing ground.

I have a theory but it's untested... Maybe some of the more experienced managers would like to test this out or something.

Today I've run 2 glads who are very similar in stats though the black market fights, both won all 50 fights but only one made any kills and it wasn't just a small margin either.
Lillith lvl 9 and Ela lvl 7... Apart from this difference the only other determining factor is their weapon skills, quite a difference with Lillith at 7 and Ela at 4.

Now my theory comes from the 50 fights they each did and both won by reducing the opponents health to 0 in almost every fight.
Ela could not even kill one glad.
Lillith killed 6 glads convincingly.

Could weapon skill effect the chances of killing your opponent?

I really doubt weapon skill has anything to do with it to a serious degree, mainly presence and skills. I have most of my glads at 9-10 in weapon skill and see Win:Kill ratios of anything from 20:1 to 10:1 that's a huge difference but it's still not that great

Mmmm... 50-0-6 to 50-0-0 is a pretty huge difference for glads with almost identical stats and skills.

Go ahead and run that about 100 or more times and then you might have some useful data. A sample size of 1 is useless. ;)
