Tank mishap?

I don't know whether to call this a bug or not but I thought it would be good to place it on this section of topics just in case......when my gladiator has lesser endurance than his opponents he switches into tank mode until he there's a difference, this is normally a good thing and is often happening, but in certain fights it does not happen at all...I don't know what else to say. If I have him fighting a theatrics this is normally where it occurs....cause one of his strats is (if fighting theatrics) then if his endurance is lower he tanks, but its been as I said not happening in these fights any suggestions?

if you put the endurance trigger before the theatrics trigger the problem should be fixed.
