Difference/help??

What is the difference between the fighting styles I know generally what they do but does any1 know exactly what they do ? Like parry-bash/slash/lunge and whats the difference between Berserk and a normal ole' Bash/Slash/Lunge ? Does it give u an attack boost and a defense debuff or something ? I've seen it but I was not sure how to use it :\ and my glads doing well and i dont want to randomly test things and lose a good streak.

Berserk:+initiative +damage -Def -Accuracy
Killshot:-initiative ++damage +accuracy
Counterstrike:++initiative after taking damage +accuracy +damage
Tank:--Initiative -accuracy -damage ++Def
parry:-initiative +def
slash:increase's chances for bleeding
bash:increase chances for stun/knockdown
lunge:increase armor penetration
