Axe master and Two handed mastery, do they stack?

If upgrade Axe Master and also Two handed Mastery do they stack in attack bonus if I use a two handed Axe? Thanks

I would doubt it, since one is a 2 handed weapon skill and the other is applied to single handed axes and maces.

It just says Axe and Mace mastery, nothing about one handled. If I had known I would have stuck to one master.
