Is it possible to unsign Gladiators from the Arena?

Greetings to everyone, very first post.

As the thread title says, is there any way to stop your gladiators from fighting in the arena?

I ask this because I started playing a week or so ago and I believe I'm doing good so far. However, soon I'll be out in holidays and with no way to access the site and give instructions to my gladiator, not to mention possible skill points earned will be gone too.

Is there any type of 'vacation mode' in this game?

there is no vacation mode in this game, but I personally would love one.

I've been checking all tabs on the menus but I couldn't find one either. I'd hate to get my gladiator that has been doing so good getting beaten to pulp because I can't access the computer.

It'll have to be so though.

You could try and get yourself killed in the arena challenge and then just don't rez him until you get back...

How exactly could I do that? Totally unequip him and just lower the activity and blood lust to minimum?
