Vault Bug

I have 5 vault slots open, and 1 item in the vault. I can not add things to my vault.

Sometimes after doing tavern fights your vault fills up with grey or white gear that your gladiators picked up. Go out and back into the blacksmith and see if the gear shows up, then sell it.

Happened just after I surrendered some skills for Abomination, then went to buy a new hammer for Eternal. Simple browser restart and the world was right again.
