how's the + to luck treating everyone i'm assuming it helps drops in taverns but ive really just kinda overlooked it anyone else using it or see any substantial coolness from it lol?

I don't know. I have been equipping it, but I have yet to notice any significant difference in things.

ive just ignored it, dont like to let my fights depend on luck.

My only reasoning is that it's something I can't train or boost through equipment. My initial theory was that it makes skills go off more often but I can't say I have seen any evidence of that.
