Is this by design that the Rage's passive skills get a bold description?
I have now seen multiple times with Total Carnage.




SUMMIT looks to cut into ANGER RISING.

ANGER RISING backs up a few inches as SUMMIT descends upon him! (-Shock & Awe-)
SUMMIT spins into a tornado of death and destruction! (-Total Carnage-)
Terrible slash to ANGER RISING...entrails spill out onto the ground! (+143 Damage)
