spectral touch

Does spectral touch give a message showing that it has worked besides the "your weapon glows..."? I've been using spectral touch on a character for the last 2 months. It normally activates at least once per fight but when checking the stamina bar or the effects that both gladiators are under I have never seen where spectral touch has done anything in over 400 fights since I started training spectral touch (over 100 fights since spectral touch has reached level now 8).

the message "your weapon glows..." is the indicator. This skill only shows its full effect at lvl 10 (roughly 30% stamina drain), at your lvl 8 it barely drains 6%.
