My Glad's stats are 87-85-72-76-70-80, level 5 Rage Snivler with 10 activity and 9 bloodlust.

I've found that I do fine against light and medium armor, but I always have trouble with heavy armor because my attacks don't do enough damage.

Try slower harder hitting weapons and a lower activity lvl increases your damage (lower activity sometimes is all you need to get past the heavy armor).
Dont know how far your glad is with his skilltree (always!! always get lvl 10 weapon skill first! even if it takes you 20lvls to do that). Further in the rage tree you have plenty options to deal with that.
Other than that, war glads will always be your main enemy :D

Well that are very rough suggestions, hope they fix your problem somehow

As Aphexxi said,
Slow your Glad down against heavy armor, Aka Warriors. Once you get Kill shot take advantage of it. Aim for areas with thinner armor, Aka legs or arms. head and chest armor is hard to get through, and a lot of people defends against those areas, which make it a bit tougher to get through the armor being defended also, aka parried dodged etc. give your rage time to pick apart the armor. later you'll have skills that deal with it, but running that hard, unless your running berserk will probably burn you out before you get through the armor. Wouldn't hurt to turn down your blood lust/kd a little so you hit what your aiming at esepcally once you get sunder armor so you can break a spot and keep pounding on it. Dw rages are typically fast running styles, as opposed to dodge rages, or aimed shot rages. so, stack stamina achievements while your young, and you will start finding you enjoy picking apart Heavy armor like its cloth.
To elaborate on berserk, yes you will definately burn stamina fast in berserk, but you will also pile on the damage, and armor breaking, so it can even out. Still suggest stamina stacking for awhile in the early part of your glads career, unless they just started heavy stamed.
