Stuck because not used Arena Fight Tokens

Recently promoted to Blood Gods, one of my fighters has no more access to the tavern or to the Pit Fights, because he has not used Arena Fight Tokens. What's to be done?

Of you haven't done so already you need to message Nate thru chat or submit a bug report. That's a bummer of a glitch.

Thank you Tyrst. Nate answered me, and that's quite a glitch. Which does not seem simple to solve.
