Juggernaught

I want to hear your opinions on this skill i am going to try a premium glad with it, even tho i have actually never seen a top glad with this skill. Would it be possible for juggernaught to also include the use of shields as this would make sense?

Heavy Armour just a shell without defensive strategies/skills. And this shell will give much more penalties than an advantages.

For comparison, War tree has 3 of skills (after Armour Movement) to support Heavy Armour choice. Not to mention the two of Wars defensive strategies.
Same about the Shields. Even if Your gladiator skilled with Shields, a Shield still very weak offensive weapon. And it's impossible to be defensive, having only defensive gear, but without styles/skills support.
