Spectral Touch not working?

Hey Nate,

Spectral touch doesn't seem to be working. Just checking the details of some fights with a guy that has 10 in spectral touch and when he hits with it it does nothing. The opponent didn't block or dodge it or anything either. This has happened in the last few fights I've checked.

Hi Adoede,

Probably a block statement just didn't print out as Spectral Touch works fine in all the other tests I did. I'll make a note to investigate why a block statement is being suppressed.
