Gauntlet

2x now on the last fight for gauntlet, after i press fight, it does nothing, and eventually boots me back to start screen of gauntlet, with all fights done, and no gear/silver awarded for that last fight. Please fix thank you.

Recently I have had the Gauntlet restart after doing 2, 3, 4 fights. I even had it restart as far in as fight #6. I know I am not pressing the restart button, sometimes it restarts after I have changed equipment, other times after changing strategies.

Anyone else have this happen. It happens to me probably every other time I do a gauntlet on nightmare.

Are you using any of the gauntlet buffs (Fast & Furious, etc) or just running the gauntlet normally?

Last few times it happened I was using "Lets make a Deal".

It seems to reset more so when equipping a glad with an item won during the Gauntlet and/or at times selling off an inventory item to make room for a won item. The Gauntlet will reset to the beginning.

Just to ensure we're on the same page, the way The Gauntlet works is if at any point an item is accepted (i.e. kept) regardless of what round, The Gauntlet ends. Only one item can be kept per run. If you sell off an item in your vault to make room for a prize it is assumed you did so to keep the prize, thus ending The Gauntlet. If your goal is to reach the end and try and win the big prize (i.e. a legendary item for a Nightmare run), at the end of each round that awards an item, you need to return it when prompted in order to continue on to the next round.

Do you think that is what has been happening?

Im thinking it could be a result of that. I sometimes power through the Gauntlet and don't scroll down to the bottom of the page and instead just click on the Gauntlet header at the top of the page. And I guess when I have a open inventory slot the item deposits in the inventory and the Gauntlet restarts. Does that seem like a possible reason?

That sounds like it might be it. If I recall, the default state when presented with a prize is having it be accepted if you don't explicitly return it to Jimmy the Squid. If you like to power through, be sure to scroll down on the last fight of the round when prizes are awarded to return the prize if your goal is to continue on to the end.
